Our vision is 'Shaping our State's Future'. As a Conveyancing Officer, you will play a key role in this vision by managing and administering large numbers of Contracts of Sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and acquisition contracts according to DevelopmentWA policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor delinquent and forecast settlements using DevelopmentWA systems.
  • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on settlement matters.
  • Prepare and reconcile settlement statements.
  • Coordinate settlement variations, substitute purchasers, and post-settlement conditions.
  • Prepare and lodge conveyancing documents via PEXA or paper.
  • Maintain and update key systems such as Clarity and Objective.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
  • Monitor post-settlement compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales officers, managers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
