Leadership Role Overview

This is a key leadership position within our organisation, reporting directly to the CFC Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the fulfillment and delivery operations, ensuring accurate and consistent same day order fulfillment and delivery service for our customers and stores.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing safety protocols and modelling this culture across your team and site.
  • Overseeing efficient inventory processes with a focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Managing Picking, Stocking/Replenishment and Despatch KPIs.
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders in relation to customer and internal queries.
  • Identifying skill gaps and coordinating team development and training.
  • Reporting and analytics.
  • Managing workflow and labour resources to meet established service levels and KPIs.
  • Providing feedback and support to team members and managers to increase performance and continuous improvement.
  • Championing teamwork to improve team behaviours and drive results.
  • Fostering a team culture that is constructive, professional, supportive and with a customer focus.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in an FMCG retail or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Positive focus on health and safety.
  • Drive for Continuous Improvement.
  • Agility in approach and execution to policy and tasks.
  • Minimum 2 years in a Warehousing or Logistics leadership capacity.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • SAP systems experience advantageous but not essential.
