Job Title: Leadership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our customer service and logistics teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of team leadership, development, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Monitor team progress, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and meet client needs.
  • Operational Oversight & Service Delivery
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of logistics and transport services.
    • Monitor service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions to maintain high service standards.
  • Issue Resolution & Complaint Management
    • Address all service-related issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring queries and incidents.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare regular reports highlighting trends, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation
    • Champion process optimization and innovation across customer service and logistics functions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
  • Financial Awareness & Cost Control
    • Maintain awareness of budgetary constraints and financial performance related to logistics operations.
    • Support cost-saving initiatives while ensuring service quality is not compromised.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
    • Promote a collaborative working environment across departments.
    • Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and joint problem-solving.
