Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect

This is a pivotal role for an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this key position, you will shape solution architecture across multiple programs and projects ensuring secure, compliant, reusable, and aligned solutions with long-term strategic objectives.

  • Leading solution design for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, Customer Service, and the broader Power Platform.
  • Representing the Enterprise Business Platform in key governance forums, ensuring robust and sustainable design decisions.
  • Providing technical leadership, solution assurance, and design reviews across delivery teams.
  • Partnering with Enterprise Architects, program leaders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Driving continuous improvement, uplifting platform maturity, reusability, and sustainability.
  • Staying current with Microsoft's roadmap, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to embed best practices.
  • Mentoring and guiding technical teams to uplift capability and deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in enterprise solution design, multi-environment deployments, layered architecture, and CI/CD pipeline practices.
  • Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and ESB technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in large organisations, ideally within government or public sector environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Solution Architecture (highly regarded).
