About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Optical Dispensing professional to provide high-quality eyecare solutions for customers, including eyewear selection and optical dispensing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate measurement and fitting of frames to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Process payments efficiently and effectively using EFTPOS and HICAPS systems
  • Maintain accurate records and manage invoicing tasks with precision
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and support
