Optical Dispenser Role Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team in Melbourne. As an Optical Dispenser with us, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and flex your own dispensing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clients.
  • Assist optometrists in providing eye care services and conducting eye examinations.
  • Dispense glasses, contact lenses, and other eye care products.
  • Conduct thorough eye tests and provide accurate measurements for prescription lenses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in optical dispensing.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and up-selling.
  • Excellent presentation and attitude to learning.
  • Desire to continue career in optic dispensing.
  • Ideally an ASAP start (flexible with notice periods).
