Director Budget and Reporting Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative-minded individual to join our finance team as Director Budget and Reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a key capability that will play a crucial role in the defence of our country in the decades to come.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing budget management strategies and plans to support the overall financial sustainability of our program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer in developing and implementing budget management strategies and plans
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and insights on financial results, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Provide clear and concise strategic budget and financial management advice and support to the CFO
  • Exercise strong leadership and direction of a team responsible for the delivery of external and internal budget deliverables
