About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our client's innovative team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Qualified Practitioner, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including hearing tests, auditory processing evaluations, and balance assessments.
  • Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnostic results, recommending and fitting hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other auditory devices as needed.
  • Provide education to patients and their families about hearing loss, treatment options, and device usage, addressing patient concerns and ensuring they understand their care plan.
  • Oversee the fitting, adjustment, and maintenance of hearing aids and other auditory devices, ensuring optimal performance and patient satisfaction.
  • Work closely with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including test results, treatment plans, and progress notes, preparing reports as needed.
  • Adhere to industry standards and best practices in audiology, staying informed about the latest advancements in hearing technology and audiological practices.
Requirements
  • Must be a QP (Qualified Practitioner) Audiologist.
  • A Masters Degree in Clinical Audiology - or equivalent, seeking a Qualified Practitioner (QP) Audiologist.
  • Relevant experience in clinical audiology, including diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and device fitting.
