We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Renewable Energy Transition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping thriving communities, public spaces, places, and economies.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in working on state-significant energy projects, such as solar farms, big batteries, wind farms, pumped hydro, and transmission lines. You will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of these projects, including assessment, planning, and implementation.
This is a full-time position based in Parramatta with flexible arrangements available. The salary range for this role is competitive, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including superannuation.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. You will also need strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations.
Essential requirements include a degree in environmental science or management, planning, engineering, or other relevant discipline, and a willingness to travel. A minimum Class C Driver's License is also required.
