About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team at Omnicom Media Group Holdings Inc. as a commercially-minded Senior Paralegal to support and advise stakeholders across our group of companies on legal and compliance matters.

This is a part-time position, available 3 days a week, and will support across all legal matters, focusing on supporting our finance and group-level business as well as supporting our General Counsel and CPO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information to support business decisions.
  • Draft, review, and edit legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Liaise with the Finance & People Teams and the wider OMG group and external parties as required.
  • Maintain and organize legal records and databases to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and the Finance Team in general, as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefs, contracts, and other legal documents to support business operations.
  • Work on OMG Projects, with a special emphasis on data and privacy-related deliverables.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role.
  • A legal degree preferred, but not essential.
  • A proven track record in working with senior leadership teams in delivering across your portfolio, including building trust and relationships effortlessly across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong written and analytical skills, including preparing reports and position papers.
  • Strong project management skills and a proven track record in implementing projects, including continuous and detailed reporting to stakeholders.
  • Self-initiative and a demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Experience in implementing and scaling analytics reporting is highly desirable.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and developing strong relationships with all employees across OMG.
