About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our close-knit legal team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will assist with a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters, including:
- Providing legal advice on commercial, regulatory, compliance, operational, and strategic matters.
- Negotiating contracts and working with external advisors on intellectual property and property-related matters.
- Managing potential disputes, including patient and employee claims.
- Supporting corporate governance, company secretarial, mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy matters.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- Participating in and collaborating with Asia Pacific and Global legal teams.
About You
We are looking for a commercial lawyer with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience who is seeking variety in an interesting and rewarding in-house role. Any experience in healthcare law or data privacy would be highly regarded. You will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a can-do attitude.
