We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our client's legal team in Australia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on commercial, regulatory, compliance, operational, and strategic matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters, including contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Working closely with the Asia Pacific and Global legal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in legal matters.
- Supporting corporate governance, company secretarial, M&A, and data privacy matters.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in commercial law, with 7-10 years of experience. You will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as a can-do attitude. Any experience in health law or privacy would be highly regarded.
