About The Role
As an Area Manager with ALDI Stores Australia, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our stores across Eastern Victoria. You will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers, ensuring seamless store operations, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Store Managers to achieve store targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of Store Managers and other store staff.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Commercial awareness and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., business, management, or related field).
