  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components.
  • Collaborating with end-users to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of desktop configurations and procedures.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Current active Government Security clearance.
