We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Casual Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, have in-depth knowledge of beer and food, and boast a proven track record in bar management.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle POS operations efficiently, demonstrate a thorough understanding of local wines and spirits, as well as beers brewed on-site, and contribute to delivering exceptional food service experiences, including clearing and resetting tables.

Key responsibilities include managing a team during busy periods, ensuring seamless venue opening and closing procedures, and maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times.

Requirements for the position include at least one year of experience in bar and waitstaff roles, with a focus on leadership and management skills. Holding an RSA and Approved Managers card is highly desirable, as is possessing reliable transportation due to limited public transport options in the area.

Candidates must also be available to work weekdays and weekends, both day and night shifts.
