Independent Home-Based Occupational Therapist

A highly skilled and compassionate occupational therapist is sought to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services in Western Sydney.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and aged care sectors.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress reviews
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to NDIS participants and elderly clients
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including reports, treatment notes, and functional assessments
- Collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families to ensure seamless therapy delivery
- Provide administrative support as needed
