The responsibilities of this role are divided equally between Accounts Receivable (AR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with each area representing 50% of your duties. The AR segment involves managing cash collections, generating monthly AR Aging reports, and maintaining a Cash Flow Report, while the FP&A component focuses on tracking departmental headcount, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting strategic planning initiatives.

Additionally, you will assist in both internal and external audits by providing essential documentation and clarifications, as well as handling various ad-hoc reporting tasks as needed.

Your AR responsibilities will include:

  • Producing monthly AR Aging reports
  • Overseeing cash collections and payment allocations
  • Conducting monthly AR GL reconciliations
  • Managing billing and invoicing processes

In the realm of FP&A, your tasks will encompass:

  • Reconciling headcount data
  • Tracking cost changes and movements
  • Maintaining financial reporting systems
  • Assisting with data collection and consolidation
  • Supporting monthly forecasts and financial reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proficient in financial reporting or accounting software
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Adept at conducting financial analysis and resolving routine financial issues
