We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Technical Account Specialist.

About the Role

This individual will be responsible for partnering with regional sales teams to develop strategic and technical account plans. They will support customers along their sales journey by demonstrating the value of our technology through live demonstrations and sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic and technical account plans in partnership with regional sales teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization to build and manage technical relationships.
  • Serve as the key technical advisor for customers, leading the technical solutioning phase.
Requirements
  • A passion for serving customers, evidenced by previous customer-facing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, mobile, backend, and developer tooling for identity integrations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, Security and API-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in identity protocols and zero-trust principles.
