As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders by diagnosing and resolving issues.

Key skills and qualifications include proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues, experience with Active Directory for managing user accounts and permissions, strong understanding of Windows Server environments, skilled in Office 365 Administration, capability in network configuration, experience with remote desktop support, familiarity with the ITIL Framework, and comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems.

  • Manage and maintain Windows servers to ensure regular updates and system integrity.
  • Administer Office 365 applications to optimize user experience and address client needs.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of networking hardware and software systems.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to resolve issues promptly and reduce downtime.
  • Apply ITIL practices to enhance service delivery and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and manage all support queries and service requests effectively.

This is a full-time position based in Homebush, Box Hill, Box Hill South, and Box Hill North. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in IT support.
