Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide genuine service to customers, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, building trust and loyalty
  • Contribute to the sales performance of the store through exceptional selling skills and product knowledge
  • Maintain a safe and organized showroom, adhering to high presentation and merchandising standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store success and contribute to a positive work environment


Requirements:


  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • Flexibility to work across 7 days and hold a valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
