This position entails overseeing and optimizing supply chain functions for a major manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Strategy: Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of raw materials and components.
- Inventory Management & Logistics Optimization: Design and manage inventory control processes to achieve optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Functional Competency: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Epicor and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including import buying and custom-related transactions.
- Behavioural Competency: Strong analytical skills, ability to make informed decisions, planning and organizational skills, entrepreneurial thinking.
