Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Analyst to join our team. As a Key Performance Indicator Analyst - Personal Care, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting sales data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

  • This will involve utilising data visualisation tools to present findings in an easily understandable format for the director.

You will provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • This will include developing and maintaining forecasts by analysing historical sales data and market conditions.

Additionally, you will assist the director to set realistic and achievable sales targets.

  • Develop customer segmentation models to target specific customer groups effectively.

You will recommend pricing strategies based on market conditions, cost analysis, and customer demand.

  • Monitor inventory levels and provide recommendations to optimise stock levels and reduce excess inventory.

Utilise CRM data to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (Required)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Analyst is required.

This role is full-time, located in person in Australia.
