Key Responsibilities
  • Join a flourishing team of 20 professionals, including 8 Quantity Surveyors, working across five nationwide offices.
  • Engage with high-profile projects across the entire built environment, including Residential, Education, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Benefit from the support of a progressive, friendly team and a structured career plan.
  • Work on a pipeline of impressive regional projects, ranging from £1m to £135m.
Requirements
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification.
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a Consultancy, including internship, university placement, trainee/apprentice, or assistant QS roles.
  • Basic pre- and post-contract experience.
  • Committed to completing APC.
  • A valid UK driving license is beneficial.
  • Previous experience working on build sector projects is highly desirable, particularly in Residential, Education, Commercial, or Healthcare sectors.
