About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Administrator to join our team in Regional Victoria and New South Wales. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in the pre-contract commercial activities, including tender settlement and contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the pre-contract commercial activities, ensuring timely and accurate tender settlement and contract award.
  • Perform detailed reviews and analyses of cost plans for large complex projects, including full measurement and rating exercises.
  • Prepare detailed cost reporting forms and forecasts of cash inflow and outflow for complex projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the source of cost and budget information for project reports.
About You
  • You hold a construction management, building, or engineering degree, coupled with extensive post-graduate experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • You are already obtained or working towards MRICS certification.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of contract management, program financial management, risk and opportunity management, performance reporting, budget preparation, and administration.
  • You can articulate quality standards and expectations to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work in a methodical and regulated approach to planning and executing projects using appropriate controls.
