Senior Analyst Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Validation Specialist to lead model validation, innovate tools, and collaborate with business units to provide cutting-edge solutions.

In this role, you'll be responsible for validating BOQ Group's models, ensuring they meet high standards. You'll also be expected to innovate and create tools to streamline validation processes, lead walkthroughs of key processes and models, identify risks, and propose solutions.

Additionally, you'll analyze data from key systems to support findings, implement alternative modelling approaches and assumptions, and collaborate with business units, including Credit Risk, Treasury Finance, and more.

About the Position:

This is a senior analyst role that requires expertise in Credit Risk modelling, experience in Market Risk modelling, Balance Sheet Management, Stress Testing, and other relevant disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as coding experience in VBA, Python, C++, R, SAS, or SQL.

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
