The role of a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Cardiac Services is to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients presenting with a range of cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Deliver patient-centered care across our cardiac services, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively as part of a highly specialized unit.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare professionals.
- Proven experience in critical care or cardiothoracic nursing within an acute/critical care setting.
- A postgraduate certificate in critical care or cardiac nursing.
- Flexibility to adapt to rotating rosters to meet unit demands.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept time management, and a commitment to evidence-based holistic patient care tailored to cardiac specialty services.
