Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Assistant to join our client's team. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for managing payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll to all employees. You will also be responsible for analyzing and auditing payroll data for accuracy, assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll, and coordinating with HR and other departments for payroll inputs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll to all employees
* Analyze and audit payroll data for accuracy
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to payroll
* Coordinate with HR and other departments for payroll inputs
* Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies
* Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
* Support month-end and year-end closing
Requirements
* Proficiency in a payroll management system
* Strong numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures
