Accounts Receivable Residential Lead

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Residential Lead to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to lead and support our AR team, ensuring smooth operations and meaningful outcomes. In this role, you will champion process improvements, foster team growth, and build strong relationships across the business.

  • Support and guide AR officers in their roles and responsibilities
  • Own and enhance AR systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare aged debtor reports and support monthly write-off approvals
  • Monitor collection trends and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and exercise sound judgement

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar commercial environment, a strong understanding of the telco industry, and excellent organisational and administrative skills. You will be passionate about supporting others, building strong relationships, and creating processes that work smoothly and efficiently.
