Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define and optimize system designs.
  • Create detailed 3D conveyor models incorporating input from Mechanical, Controls, and Electrical Engineering teams.
  • Analyze layout options and identify opportunities for improvement related to safety, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of layout engineers ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to the required standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of material handling systems, particularly in BHS and parcel handling solutions.

This role requires excellent analytical and design skills, with the ability to optimize layouts for operational efficiency and safety.
