About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Coordinator to lead the implementation of our Select Logistics software and technology offering to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between our software providers and project stakeholders, providing user training and support, and facilitating the development of user manuals and training documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Implementation Management: Manage the relationship and requests for changes between the software providers and project stakeholders.
  • User Training and Support: Provide user training and ongoing support to project teams.
  • Vendor Management: Facilitate and track the raising of all vendor Purchase Orders, ensuring we are getting full value of services procured and not incurring extra costs.
  • Documentation Development: Lead and support the development of user manuals and training documentation.
  • Case Study and Marketing Material Development: Assist with the development of case studies and sales and marketing material.
  • System Configuration and Setup: Assist the project with system configuration and setup.
  • Logistics and Legislation Knowledge: Have a good understanding of moving materials and logistics arrangements and the legislation affecting these types of movements.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Assist the project with the development of reports and metrics to monitor utilisation and productivity.
  • Bug and Enhancement Tracking: Track vendor bugs and enhancement requests.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Select logistics delivery and leadership stakeholders to understand concerns and pain-points, and identify improvement opportunities, with respect to delivery systems and interfacing with customer systems.
About You
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and experience with Delivery Management Systems, plant, heavy vehicles and people onboarding systems, material stores & inventory management platforms, and off-site fabrication processes.
  • Qualifications: Diploma holder or tertiary qualifications.
  • Certification: Cert IV Project Management Practices (desired).
  • Construction Logistics Experience: Construction logistics experience preferred.
  • Understanding of Relational Databases: Have a firm understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance.
