About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Coordinator to lead the development and rollout of our Select Logistics software and technology offering to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and requests for changes between software providers and projects
  • Provide user training and ongoing support to projects
  • Facilitate and track vendor Purchase Orders to ensure full value of services procured and minimize extra costs
  • Lead and support the development of user manuals and training documentation
  • Assist with the development of case studies and sales and marketing material
  • Assist projects with system configuration and setup
  • Understand moving materials and logistics arrangements and relevant legislation
  • Assist projects with the development of reports and metrics to monitor utilization and productivity
  • Track vendor bugs and enhancement requests
  • Collaborate with Select logistics delivery and leadership stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities

About You

  • 3-6 years of experience in delivery management systems
  • Knowledge and experience with plant, heavy vehicles, and people onboarding systems
  • Knowledge and experience with material stores and inventory management platforms
  • Diploma holder or tertiary qualifications
  • Cert IV Project Management Practices
  • Construction logistics experience preferred
  • Firm understanding of key roles, licenses, and competencies within the construction industry
  • Good understanding of relational databases
