Senior Manager Retirement Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Retirement Strategy team at Colonial First State. As a key member of our Superannuation & Investments business unit, you will play a critical role in shaping and guiding our Retirement Income Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic insights from industry research and market trends to inform our Retirement Income Strategy.
- Manage the annual business planning process, including a yearly review of the Retirement income strategy and methodology with the board.
- Prepare and present reports on retirement strategy and regulatory compliance to stakeholders.
- Accountability for the delivery of the Retirement 12-month roadmap.
- Drive across all channels the Retirement proposition and initiatives that will support the delivery of the Retirement take to market messages.
- Proven wealth management experience, ideally within the retirement segment.
- Deep understanding of superannuation and retirement products, risk management principles, and regulation in Australia.
- Ability to interpret changing regulatory environment and resulting impacts.
- Experience in setting and driving business planning and strategic priorities.
- Strong networking and influencing skills to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
