As a Senior Financial Accountant, you'll be an integral part of their accounting team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Preparing financial statements and reports
  • Conducting financial analysis and forecasting
  • Assisting with budgeting and variance analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in large ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
