Job Description

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for HR advisory matters, supporting key HR and Payroll projects, managing talent plans, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on HR-related matters such as grievances, disciplinary issues, and investigations.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Managing employee relations, including complex investigations and negotiations.
  • Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Industrial relations experience in Australia, particularly with awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Solid employee relations experience, including managing complex investigations end-to-end with proper documentation.
