We are seeking an experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping couples finalise their separation in a respectful way.

About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct family dispute resolution sessions online, manage cases independently while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity to client needs, ensure compliance with accreditation standards and FDRP obligations, maintain accurate, clear, and timely case records and reports, collaborate with legal professionals, mediators, and internal team members as required.

Requirements
  • Accredited FDRP with the Attorney-General's Department
  • Minimum 2 years' experience delivering family dispute resolution services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - empathetic, calm under pressure, and client-focused
  • Confident working independently, managing time and caseload effectively
