About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Strategist to join our APAC team in Sydney. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead creative strategies for our APAC client portfolio, ensuring that our work is compelling, effective, and aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, client services, and media, to bring fresh thinking and innovative solutions to campaigns.
  • Work independently as a confident, local specialist, drawing on the experience and capabilities of our global creative team.
  • Be commercially aware, identifying opportunities to increase our creative work and understanding how creativity fits into our group services.
  • Regularly share work and insights with the rest of the agency, bringing the best ideas from other regions back to APAC.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in complex copywriting, content strategy, and/or creative strategy, with a strong understanding of the B2B technology sector.
  • First-rate copywriting skills, especially dealing with complex subject matter.
  • Proven experience at creative concepting and developing successful creative campaigns from concept to market launch.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global environment.
What We Offer
