We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Italian cuisine within their designated section of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.
  • Menu Development: Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily operations.
  • Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with food safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes.

About You:

  • A minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Chef (Italian cuisine experience highly regarded).
  • A Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or above).
  • A strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for Italian flavours, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
