About The Role

This position plays a pivotal role in the Caloundra Branch's success. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer experiences and seamless service through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and digital interactions. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive first impression as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Develop effective strategies to promote products and services to new and existing customers
  • Build relationships, handle inquiries, and process applications while engaging in meaningful conversations with customers
About You

In addition to possessing excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, you will also need to have:

  • Proven experience in identifying customer needs in a customer service environment
  • A history of working in a setting where you have achieved set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals and aspirations
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with stakeholders across the business
  • A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
