Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tech Trainer/Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in HVAC to contribute to the development of training programs, provide technical support, and work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to internal and external customers, focusing on HVAC-related topics.
  • Provide technical information and support to technicians, assisting with fault-finding and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the creation of an annual course portfolio and training schedule.
  • Maintain accurate training records in our database.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of air conditioning and refrigeration principles.
  • Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and a valid refrigerant handling License is ideal.
  • Flexibility and availability to travel (regional and interstate).
  • Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision.
