Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Customer Success Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing a dynamic portfolio of customers across Brisbane, providing personalized training, expert product selection guidance, and exceptional colour matching using our renowned product range.

Your unique artistic perspective will set you apart as you assist clients in realizing their visions with our premium products.

  • Visit clients throughout your territory, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Leverage your artistic background to connect deeply with clients and understand their challenges.
  • Build strong relationships to gain insights into clients' capabilities and identify how our products can best serve them.
  • Provide insightful advice on our latest offerings, empowering customers to make informed decisions that align with their creative and technical requirements.

To excel in this role, you will need to blend your artistic experience with technical knowledge, establishing trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

You will have:

  • A qualification in Automotive Refinish or equivalent spray painter qualification OR experience in Automotive spray coatings.
  • High emotional intelligence to navigate and resolve challenges effectively, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and communication, both written and verbal.
  • Basic Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
