Job Title: Grounds Crew

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Grounds Crew member. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of presentation.

  • Provide outstanding service to our guests by ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the grounds and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with loading and unloading freight, luggage, and guests, while also maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Communicate effectively with the fleet and Port of Airlie radio to ensure seamless operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering consistent service, managing luggage and freight movement, maintaining inventory, and assisting the vessel crew.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain professional presentation at all times.
  • Manage the movement of luggage and freight efficiently, adhering to operational procedures and WHS requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through ordering, receiving, and counting.
  • Assist vessel crew with loading and unloading of freight, luggage, and guests.
  • Ensure clear communication with fleet and Port of Airlie radio.
