Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of HSE strategies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on HSE matters to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
  • Oversee risk management for large renewable energy projects.
  • Foster a strong safety culture through leadership and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Proven track record in both management and advisory aspects of HSE roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and training skills.

Ideal candidate has deep understanding of HSE systems and processes, particularly in renewable energy, and will lead initiatives to enhance safety and environmental practices.
