Operations Director

Our organization seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our operations in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall project performance and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a positive safety, quality, and performance culture consistent with our organization's purpose and core principles.
- Manage site-based functions, ensure compliance with legal obligations, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years Underground Mining experience.
- Significant experience managing and executing Mining Contracts.
- Strong client focus on commercial, technical, and service delivery.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk and safety management systems and processes associated with mining operations.
- Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency or First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency (desirable).
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (desirable).
- Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Current and Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence (C-Class minimum).
