About the Role

The Campus Experience Leadership position is a pivotal role in ensuring an inclusive and safe campus culture. As a key member of the campus leadership team, you will work closely with the Campus Manager and professional staff to deliver a positive student experience.

This leadership role contributes to the overall management of services and development of a positive staff culture. With a focus on student retention, experience, achievement, and satisfaction, you will be instrumental in supporting the delivery of national courses and local services to students at the campus.

You will also proactively promote achievements of SAE, its students and staff, and build relationships to further promote the Institute's programs within the wider professional community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading teams and contributing to the overall leadership of the campus
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and retention
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive campus culture
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and industry partners

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a higher education institution or related industry
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
