
Business Growth Specialist

As a seasoned Business Growth Specialist, you will drive the expansion of our client's operations in Victoria.
We are partnering with a prominent, privately-owned manufacturing company to fill this key position. With an ambitious growth strategy in place, our client is poised for significant expansion across the country.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in solution-focused Business Development, ideally within heavy manufacturing or industrial sales, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities and sell Engineered Liquid Storage Solutions
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, identifying areas for growth
- Prepare high-volume quotes, ranging from $23k to $70k, for incoming and new projects
- Develop growth strategies and plans, aligning with company objectives
- Negotiate with stakeholders to secure business deals
- Monitor industry trends, both locally and internationally
- Collaborate with the engineering team on project costing and proposals
- Represent the company at trade shows and other business events
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Business Development role, preferably in heavy manufacturing or industrial sales
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work strategically and independently, prioritizing tasks effectively
