Job Title

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the growth of our international programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our organisational vision and values.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and leading the implementation of our international programs strategy
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance on program design, management and evaluation
  3. Building and maintaining partnerships with community-based agencies and grassroots organisations
  4. Leading capacity assessments and development activities with partners
  5. Preparing legal agreements and program documentation
  6. Designing and managing project planning, monitoring and evaluation tools
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in social sciences or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in international development, including senior leadership roles
  • 10+ years' relevant work experience in international development, with excellent knowledge of development theory and practice
  • Capacity to manage and inspire teams in a decentralised environment
  • Demonstrated experience in brokering complex multi-stakeholder arrangements
  • Excellent understanding of partnership agreements and humanitarian principles
