Product Delivery Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end business outcomes through the successful execution of products, projects, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, project delivery, and risk management. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of products, projects, and initiatives across multiple streams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, quantitative analysts, data scientists, and technology SMEs.
  • Work closely with the business to identify and prioritize requirements, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design, build, and test software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place to prevent adverse outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in financial services or capital markets, with a focus on clearing risk, settlement, or registry functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and products, with a strong emphasis on risk management and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business issues.
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance or a related field, such as mathematics or computer science.
