System Infrastructure Manager

 We are seeking a highly skilled System Infrastructure Manager to provide exceptional technical support and infrastructure management in our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, support, and maintain ICT infrastructure including servers, switching, and routing devices.
  • Ensure that all Incidents, Service Requests, and enquiries are logged in the Service Desk ticketing system.
  • Work to SLAs and ensure customer expectations are managed.
  • Perform second-level Support analysis, troubleshooting, and attempt to fix-on-first, before escalation.
  • Routine maintenance of all PCs, laptops, printers, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 years' experience in L2 and Systems Administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and administering Microsoft infrastructure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in ITIL Service, Change, and Incident Management processes.
  • Experience with PC hardware set-up and configuration.
  • Azure AD, Office 365.
  • Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure (Layer 2 Switching).
  • Palo Alto.
  • Good General Networking.
