Job Title: Quantitative Research Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced quantitative research scientist to join our Clinical Development team. As a key member of this team, you will provide statistical expertise to support the design, conduct, and analysis of clinical studies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics and pharmaceutical experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to the development of statistical methods and analytical plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with programming teams to develop and maintain statistical methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal quality standards throughout all phases of clinical development.

Requirements:

  • PhD/MS in Statistics or related field, with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of biostatistical concepts, including advanced statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in SAS and other statistical software (e.g., R).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Experience working in clinical development, with interaction with external stakeholders.
