Join our Marketing team as a Customer Analyst - Loyalty, where you'll play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions that enhance customer targeting, campaign performance, and operational effectiveness.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career—whether you're a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of experience—who thrives on detail, enjoys working with large datasets, and wants to make a meaningful impact across marketing, gaming, hospitality, and loyalty operations.About The RoleThis role, reporting into the Senior Analyst, works closely with the marketing team and team members across key business areas including marketing, gaming, food & beverage, and loyalty operations.
The key responsibilities include:Preparing and refining customer marketing lists, applying filters to exclude ineligible membersSupporting post-campaign reporting and assisting with basic data analysisConducting regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completenessAssisting in creating routine and ad hoc reports and dashboardsMaintaining clear documentation and supporting data-related administrative tasksEnsuring compliance with privacy regulations, internal policies, and data usage standardsAbout YouYour background in Business or Marketing will be broad, customer-centric, and suited to a fast-paced environment, with excellent numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and overall knowledge of marketing communications processes.Preferred qualifications and experience include:Tertiary qualification in statistics, mathematics, data science, business, or a related fieldStrong numeracy skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic charts)Comfort working with large volumes of dataStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with Power BI or Tableau (preferred but not essential)Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus1-2 years in a similar role preferred; recent graduates are welcomeWhat's in it for you?
